The book prepares you to take part in a communication process where all skills are used (listening, speaking, reading and writing). Different chapters describe the process of communication in detailed ways and attention is paid to skills which are important for your career and development.

Chapter 1 presents the foundations of interpersonal communication, giving information about the structure and objectives of communication.
